Civil Litigation

Our civil litigation department, comprising of three members of staff is headed by the senior partner, Tayo Arowojolu.

We do a lot of litigation in general civil matters including debt recovery, individual & corporate disputes, taking out injuctions and all other civil litigation matters including advocacy in small claims court, county courts, high courts up to the highest courts.
